Asset Management Management:

Intelli-Assets utilizes the Asset Management module to pinpoint all required details of verification for all objects. The end result is an object specific code, which is compiled of Type, subtype, specifications- including materials- and exact location of the object.

Corrective Maintenance Management:

Intelli-Assets tracks the generation and implementation of corrective work orders. All operations for each corrective work order are displayed to ensure timely performance of maintenance activities.

Preventive Maintenance Management:

Intelli-Assets automates the generation of preventive work orders, and tracks the generation and implementation of the work orders. In addition, the module utilizes a formula generator feature, which allows the user to employ any formula or calculation required for a specific task.

Human Resources Management:

Intelli-Assets offers a resource allocation tool, which eradicates job assignment and time conflicts. The module is able to record digitally the working time, time consumed for each task, in addition to organizing working hours of all human resources. It also identifies fields of needed training and recommends training programs.

Purchasing Management:

Intelli-Assets, utilizing the purchasing management module, allows the user to create purchase orders for services from external companies. The software supports, if necessary, the creation of purchase orders for items and assets, due to insufficient quantity, deadlines and operations. Intelli-Assets, also, tracks inventory items, which will become out-of-stock and auto generates purchase orders for these items.

Inventory Management:

Intelli-Assets classifies assets and items in inventory using a defining code. The software also creates QR codes based on the aforementioned codes. Also Intelli-Assets informs the user of new material input and output as well as current stocks in order to be able to plan requirements in time. The software allows management of the current quantity of inventory across different sites.

Workshop Management:

Intelli-Assets tracks the generation and implementation of workshop work orders. The software displays all the operations for each workshop work order, in accordance with the flow, and accompanies them systematically. The module ensures that the software notifies the user of useable harvested items, and allows the transfer of these items into inventory.

Data Management:

Intelli-Assets provides the Data Management module, which processes data collected from all sites- to display data related to all types of sites. The data fields are customizable to service an array of different types of requirements.

The software offers the user a tool to configure the display of processed data and data sets to create the relevant KPIs. The tool also provides reports of displayed KPIs. The user customizes the KPIs in accordance with the needs of the different levels of management of the organization.

Mobile Application:

Intelli-Assets supports a mobile application, which records all required data for the different modules, including time sheets, asset data updates, geographical locations, tasks demonstration documents and media, voice recordings, QR scanning and photograph capturing.
